Did you hear that? The BSO conjures musical tricks and treats in a spine-tingling concert led by film conductor Damon Gupton. Haunting melodies and thrilling scores set the stage for a cinematic, symphonic fright night. Celebrate Halloween with devilishly fun music that will send shivers down your spine!
You'll experience classical and film scores that have become Halloween favorites through their iconic presence in popular culture. This event is curated for adult listeners and can also be a great first-time experience for teens and adults alike. For a kid-friendly celebration, see our Family Series event (TBA in spring 2025).
This concert is part of the BSO's Tales of Poe festival, which takes place in fall 2024, in a tribute to one of Baltimore's most famous residents.
Dressing up for the holiday is encouraged! Please be mindful of being seated in an auditorium. The BSO's costume policy excludes the following: Weapons, items construed at weapons or fake/toy weapons; Items that cause visual or audible distraction, including laser pointers, noisemakers, balloons, large hats or accessories that may limit the view of other patrons; and items that leave a trail of residue, such as glitter or confetti.
